UTILITY LOCATION: fiber, phone, data, power, cable, gas, water, sewer, storm, irrigation, fuel and septic systems. Using multi-channel Radio-Frequency (RF) locators, sonde-type low frequency transmitters, GPR (ground penetrating radar) and magnetometers.

CONCRETE SCANNING: with GPR (ground penetrating radar) for the location of post-tension cable, rebar, and electrical conduit including plastic conduit or piping. On site, real-time or in report form.

VIDEO PIPLINE INSPECTION: from 2" to 12", sewer line, storm water, ducting, electrical conduit any confined space.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE VISUAL INVESTIGATION: with 6mm. (1/4 inch) Fiber optic video scope, for confined spaces, behind walls, verify findings with infrared camera.

LEAK DETECTION: gas, water, fuel, sewer, (heat, air and sound in buildings) using one or all of these technologies; infrared imaging, ultra-sonic or amplified-filtered listening device, helium detector and smoke.

INFRARED IMAGING: (IR) for the building envelope assessment = moisture intrusion (walls, windows, doors and roof leaks), water damage (mold issues), in floor heating location (leaks also), electrical and mechanical survey.

FAULT LOCATION: broken wires (below or above ground). Please let us know if you need more info.
